The Honest Audit
Where you actually are — health, money, relationships, work, meaning. No flattery, no flinching. You can't design a second chapter from a story you've been telling yourself.
One-to-one Ikigai and longevity coaching for men who aren't done yet.
Purpose has no expiry date.
Thirty minutes, free of charge. No pitch.
Three founding places, no charge, starting November.
I help men who aren't done yet make the decades ahead count for something. Using Ikigai as our compass and my own path as proof, we find your purpose, design a life around it, and build a legacy your family will carry forward.
You're 50 or beyond. You've built a career, raised a family, provided, shown up. And now you're standing at a threshold nobody prepared you for — the next 20 or 30 years are yours to design.
You don't want to retire. You want to redirect.
This isn't about crisis. It's about reckoning — the moment a man surfaces from a busy life and asks the honest question: Is this it? Or is there something I'm still supposed to do?
If you've asked yourself that question and you'd rather design the answer than drift into it, we should talk. Book a free 30-minute call — there's no charge and no obligation.
A deeply personal coaching programme built on the Ikigai framework: find your purpose, design your life around it, and build a legacy plan you can actually live — starting now. Six phases, one session each, a written deliverable you keep from every one — and a seventh call 60 days later, because a plan you don't act on is just a document.
Where you actually are — health, money, relationships, work, meaning. No flattery, no flinching. You can't design a second chapter from a story you've been telling yourself.
What you stand for, and who you are to the people who depend on you. We name your life roles explicitly — because roles are how values turn into a diary.
What you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what it will pay for — mapped honestly against the life you've already lived. This is the compass everything else points to.
What outlasts you. The money, yes — but also the values, the stories and the relationships. We make it concrete enough to act on this year, not "one day".
Everything above, written down: vision, values, roles and SMART goals across every dimension of your life. A document you keep and revise for the next thirty years.
The first ninety days of actually living it — with structure, and someone who will ask you the uncomfortable question when you go quiet. Sixty days after we finish, we get back on a call and you tell me what you actually did. That call is the programme.
I'm Albert. I'm 63, South African by birth, based in Ireland — and I'm betting I'll live to 100. I'm building my life accordingly.
I hold two certifications, and together they are the whole point of this work: the science of living longer, and the purpose that makes those extra decades worth living. Almost nobody holds both.

I'm not a guru. I'm a man walking the same path — a few steps ahead, showing you where the obstacles are. I'm doing this work on myself in real time: the plan, the habits, the legacy, the second chapter. Read my story.
Men 50 and over who have built a career, raised a family and provided — and who now want to design the next twenty or thirty years rather than drift into them. It is for the man in reckoning, not in crisis: he doesn't want to retire, he wants to redirect.
Ikigai is a Japanese framework for finding your reason for being — the overlap of what you love, what you are good at, what the world needs, and what it will pay for. In coaching, it becomes a practical compass: we map those four honestly against the life you have already lived, then design the next chapter around what the map shows.
Six one-to-one sessions, one a week, across six phases — then a seventh call 60 days later to see what you actually did. From January 2027 the programme is €1,500. Before then I'm taking three men through it at no charge.
Yes. The 30-minute discovery call is completely free — there is no charge to book it and nothing to pay afterwards. It is a conversation about where you are and where you want to go. If I am not the right coach for you, I will say so.
Albert Theyse is a Certified Ikigai Life Coach and a Certified Longevity Coach, both through Efficient Coach (powered by Naturalistico). He has also completed practitioner training in fitness and in diet and nutrition. He is 63, based in Ireland, and applying this work to his own life in real time.
No. All sessions are held by video call, so it makes no difference whether you are in Ireland, South Africa, the UK or anywhere else. What matters is the time zone we can reliably meet in, and we sort that out on the discovery call.
The combination. Most coaches work on purpose or on health, rarely both with real credentials in each. Purpose without health gives you plans you won't live to finish; health without purpose gives you extra decades with nothing to fill them. This programme treats them as one problem.
Three founding places before January 2027. After that, the programme is €1,500.
I'm taking three men through this programme for nothing before it opens paid in the new year. Not a trial and not a sample — the full six sessions, one to one, the same six phases, and the call 60 days after.
What I want back is your honesty. Tell me what worked and what didn't, and let me quote two sentences of it when I open the doors properly.
Start with a free 30-minute call. We talk about where you are, where you want the next twenty years to go, and whether I'm the right man to help you get there. If I'm not, I'll tell you.
